GMK Evo-X2 Mini PC Featuring AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 Now Available for Pre-Order Ahead of May Shipping

The GMK Evo-X2 mini PC, featuring the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 Strix Halo processor, is set to begin shipping on May 7. This powerful compact computer boasts 16 CPU cores, 32 threads, and Radeon 8060S integrated graphics, making it a strong contender for both productivity and gaming applications. With a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of up to 50 TOPS, the Evo-X2 emphasizes advanced AI capabilities.

Initially unveiled in March, the Evo-X2 is now available for pre-order in the United States. Customers can reserve their units through the GMK website with a deposit, paying the remaining balance closer to the shipping date.

Two models of the Evo-X2 are available:

64GB LPDDR5x-8000 RAM with 1TB SSD - Presale price: $1499. A $100 deposit unlocks a $200 discount, bringing the total to $1399.
128GB RAM with 2TB SSD - Presale price: $1999. A $200 deposit grants a $400 discount, totaling $1799.

Both models share the same Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor configured with a 140 watt TDP, optimizing performance. The integrated GPU provides discrete-class graphics, with an option for total AI performance reaching up to 126 TOPS by utilizing both CPU and GPU resources.

The Evo-X2 features an M.2 slot for user-replaceable PCIe 4.0 SSDs and comes equipped with a 230W power supply. Connectivity options include WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support via a MediaTek RZ717/MT7925 wireless card, along with multiple USB ports and audio inputs.
